  • sriracha

  • sweet thai chili sauce

    Bring a large pot of water and a pinch of salt to a boil. Wash and dry all produce.

    In a small bowl , combine mayonnaise , half the sweet thai chili sauce , and as much sriracha as you like. Set aside.

    Once water is boiling, add ramen noodles to pot. Cook until tender ⏱️ 2 minutes . Drain and rinse thoroughly under cold water for at least ⏱️ 30 seconds .

    While noodles cook, heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef , green beans , broccoli , scallions , ginger , and a pinch of salt and black pepper . Cook, breaking up meat, until beef is cooked through and veggies are tender ⏱️ 5 minutes .

    Add soy sauce , remaining sweet thai chili sauce, and ¼ cup water to pan with beef and vegetables; continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce is warmed through ⏱️ 1 minute .

    To pan with beef and vegetables, add drained noodles and butter . Toss to combine; taste and season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve topped with scallion greens and reserved sauce.
